Recovery Act Recipients Required to Report Data by Oct. 10

Washington, April 13 – Recipients of grant funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act are required by law to submit reports by Oct. 10, along with quarterly reports due 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter.

Although initial Office of Management and Budget implementation guidance requires grantee reporting by July 10, the federal reporting portal (federalreporting.gov) is not expected to be ready by then. Reports, however, must be ready by July 10, even if the reporting portal is not yet active.
