Washington, June 11 - In an effort to make the application process easier for local governments applying for funding through the new Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program, the Environmental Protection Agency has just released some model text that can be incorporated directly into the EECBG application.
EPA Issues Supplemental Guidance on Measuring and Reporting Job Estimates
Washington, Aug. 25 – The Environmental Protection Agency, in anticipation of the upcoming Oct. 10 reporting deadline for recipients of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds, has issued supplementary guidance concerning situations in which a recipient uses a statistical methodology to support job estimate reporting. In question and answer format, EPA addresses the top five questions grantees have asked in regard to the use of statistical methods in estimating job impacts of the Recovery Act.
